For over 30 years, she has been guiding people to improving their lives through her work as a Senior Pastor, community leader, and counselor/coach.   Rev. Thornhill serves as the Lead Pastor of the Kingdom Empowerment Center and the Founder/CEO of We Heal Ourselves with Love & Empowerment (WHOLE): A community-based program in Cambridge, Massachusetts created to meet various existing mental health needs in the BIPOC community. She is also the founder of Higher Heights LLC, a life coaching and consulting business that specializes in the study and practice of leadership development, executive coaching, and team development. Pastor Glenda Allsopp

Rev. Glenda L. Allsopp is an entrepreneur who consults in accounting and finance to both the for-profit and non-profit areas. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Simmons Graduate School of Management. She is a contributor in ministry who shares her resources and talents to benefit the church and the community at large. She lives her life in a way that reflects her faith, walking out the true meaning of Kingdom citizenship. Rev. Glenda has been Kingdom Empowerment Center’s Treasurer for many years, which has provided her with extensive experience with nonprofit accounting and financial issues. As a result, she has a passion to see the church-at-large become organizationally, administratively, and fiscally sound and to empower individuals to become financially responsible. Community Service is very important to Glenda. She shares her resources and talents by serving on the board of Hildebrand Self Help Center–an organization that serves the needs of homeless families in Boston, Greater Boston, and Cambridge–and by volunteering at the Red Cross Food Pantry in Boston. Rev. Glenda’s favorite pastime is traveling because it contributes to her personal growth by expanding her worldview and her mind. Being out of her natural element forces her to constantly try and learn new things, while having to navigate challenges in places that are not familiar.
