Our Leaders
The Pastoral Team works closely with Apostle Lorraine in the overall leadership of KEC. The team oversees the ministries, provides pastoral care and participates in all functions in the ministry.
In 1997, Pastor Lorraine became the first female Pastor of the First Holiness Church in Cambridge, MA; later to become Kingdom Empowerment Center.

She has impacted and influenced many lives by being relevant, authentic and a relatable leader, teacher, counselor, and coach. The foundation for her passion is attributed to her purpose which is to be a conduit for God by using wisdom to speak life, truth, and destiny to individuals.
Pastor Lorraine is also actively involved beyond the walls of the church. She is the President of the Cambridge Black Pastors Alliance, a Chaplain for the Cambridge Police Department, Board member for the Cambridge Community Foundation, and a Commissioner for the City of Cambridge’s Human Service Department. She has also served as former Board Presidents of Cambridge YWCA and Cambridge Cares about Aids as well as a Board member for Safe Havens Interfaith Partnership Against Domestic Violence.
Pastor Lorraine is a native of Medford, MA. She holds a Master of Education degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gordon College.

Pastor Lorraine is a Professional Life Coach and is the Founder and President of Higher Heights, LLC. It is a life coaching business that moves individuals from where they are and elevates them to where they need to be to fulfill their God-given destiny.

Pastor Lorraine identifies with the prophet Isaiah in that she too has been anointed and appointed by God to bring good news to the poor, to comfort the broken-hearted, to set those who are bound free, to give beauty for ashes to those who mourn, to bring joy instead of mourning and praise instead of despair. Her prophetic gifting gives witness to the anointing of a woman totally sold out for the Kingdom of God.
